The JOY512 App is here. Joy512 has a brand-new app you can download for free. Just visit joy512.com/app and get your JOY512 app today. Over the last six months we’ve reached 60,000 listeners and we keep growing. Our local Worship Station is catching on with listeners all across the Austin area.
We’ve also been asked by a media owner to purchase a radio station, and we’re praying for God to provide so JOY512 can move to the FM band and reach people in their cars and at work anywhere in the Austin area.
Looking ahead, we have exciting plans to work alongside Gen Z ministries like RVVL and others to produce citywide worship events, including a citywide Good Friday Service, SXSW gatherings, monthly and bi-monthly citywide worship nights, and Spiritfest 2027.

Highlights From the Austin Area
10 Days at the Capitol
JOY512 and Austin Awake hosted worship, prayer, and ministry leaders from across the State of Texas and the Austin area for 10 Days. People came from all over Texas to pray and worship in the Auditorium at the State Capitol, September 22–October 2, 2025, 9:30am–7:30pm daily.
Pastors, worship leaders, and prayer leaders traveled from Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Jasper, Needville, Lubbock, Rockport, and Boerne, joined by Travis County Assembly, Austin Awake, Red Rocks, HOTHOP, and many, many more from across the Austin area.
What is 10 Days?
10 Days is a prayer meeting for your whole city, a season where Jesus Christ is the focus of every heart in your geographical area for 10 entire days.
It’s celebrated simultaneously in cities and towns around the world each year. In 2025, over 600 locations organized and joined 10 Days, with participants from around the world gathering on all six continents.
The Vision
To see thousands of cities continually seeking God’s face for 10 Days in unity, individuals taking time off work, fasting food, taking #10daysoff from social media, and devoting themselves to prayer with other believers. Together we are forming a global upper room (Acts 1–2) as an act of intercession, that entire cities and regions may come to repentance (Jonah 1–4) and be transformed.
The Call to Action
10 Days is a tangible step of obedience toward the answer to Jesus’ prayer in John 17:21: “Let them be one as We are one.” This is about seeing Jesus receive the answer to His dying wish, the John 17 unity of His followers. Jesus gets what He prays for!
It is a call to stop and rest in the presence of God, worship, prayer, fasting, and fellowship among believers, with a focus on repentance, humility, praying for God’s promises, and mourning for our sins and the state of our world.
Serving Central Texas
Thanksgiving Dinners for 1,300 Families
JOY512 supported food distribution for 1,300 families at the Tree of Life Church in New Braunfels. Tree of Life, together with the New Braunfels Food Bank and the Family Life Center, provided full Thanksgiving dinners (turkey included) to 1,300 families. As volunteers packed over 1,000 boxes, they listened and worshipped to JOY512 all morning long in November 2025.
Citywide Outreach
Follow the Star
JOY512 partnered with Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Cedar Park for Follow the Star in December 2025, a citywide outreach sharing the gospel through a 10-scene nativity story. More than 300 cast members, along with donkeys, camels, and other animals, helped bring the story to life.
JOY512 invited listeners to experience the full story of Jesus and to bring friends and family. JOY512 volunteers served coffee from Generous Java and hot chocolate, and guests were encouraged to bring food donations for the Hill Country Ministries food pantry. Generous Java, a partner ministry of Ekklesia of Texas, donated its proceeds to Hill Country Ministries, and the event has already provided thousands of pounds of food to the pantry.
Christmas at ACL Live
O Holy Night
JOY512 supported the O Holy Night concert at ACL Live on December 21, 2025, produced by Kingdom Sounds and JOY512.
Kira, a singer-songwriter known for her celebrity vocal coaching and extraordinary musical ear, presented ‘O Holy Night,’ a very special Christmas event at ACL Live at The Moody Theater. Guests experienced a wonder-filled candlelight evening at this iconic Austin venue, singing the most magical Christmas songs with friends and family, favorites like O Holy Night, Joy to the World, O Come, All Ye Faithful, and Silent Night, and more. She brought these spiritual Christmas songs to life with stories about their origins, every verse sung by everyone in attendance, performing with a 34-piece string orchestra including musicians from the Austin Camerata.
JOY512 supported the promotion and marketing of the show to the wider Austin community through a 17-billboard campaign in the center of ATX, the Austin Chronicle, and database marketing. All who were interested in knowing more about Jesus were invited to an Alpha follow-up in downtown Austin.
Citywide Worship
Encounter the Light
Kingdom Sounds and JOY512 produced a worship event called Encounter the Light at Moody Amphitheater on May 8, 2026. Kira Fontana, Lydia Martin, and worship leaders from across the Austin area performed original and classic worship songs for over a thousand people in the amphitheater.
The evening was focused on vertical worship and testimony, no preaching and no financial appeals. Personal testimonies were shared by Kira Fontana and Jalen Taylor from Alpha. Billboards, the Austin Chronicle, and social media were used to reach those outside the church and to encourage everyone to sign up for Alpha courses, which began in June 2026.
